Note: the Eyedropper tool will only work on the canvas (or you can use the Eyedropper tool in the Reference window), it will not work for picking colours outside the canvas. That might also be applicable if you are using the Color window with the selection bars or wheel, or for other problems, so it is well worth trying if the above suggestions have not helped. If you are using the Eyedropper tool on the toolbar, there is the possibility of a corrupt configuration file, see here for how to clear a corrupt configuration and return FireAlpaca to its original state. If you mean the color selector bars or wheel in the Color control window, check that the “transparency chip” is not the one selected (has a red square around it), and that the “foreground colour chip” is the one with a red square around it. In a few clicks, you’ll be able to make a huge bunch of variations and then export the file as a regular image. The effects are packed in clips and are easy to edit in the Timeline of Photoshop. (You can also do the same with the mouse right-button and some mouse utilities.) This action will generate a video sequence of animated glitch effects from your photos, logos or other artworks. Adjust the intensity and roughness of the filter to meet the effect you want. You will see that this effect will instantly be applied to your photo. Go to 'Adjust' at the left and find the tool 'Film Grain'. If the side button is set to the Delete key, which can be a very useful setting for some pen-based notetaking programs, vector editing programs, and some word processors, then the pen setting will override any FireAlpaca settings and send the Delete key signal, which by default will clear the current layer. First, click the button 'Add Glitch Effect Now' and upload the image that you want to edit. If you are using the side-button on your pen, check your pen settings. If by ”color picker tool” you mean the Eyedropper tool, how are you using it?
